Wainscoting is one of the most popular uses of our authentic Beadboard. 
(Samples available at each Category) Also known as wainscot (and often spelled wainscotting), it is easy to install. And because you can order (and be charged) to the nearest inch, Beadboard wainscoting is very affordable. Many of our customers order 36" lengths for use as Wainscotting but there is really no standard height. However, much shorter than 36" might seem skimpy. The wainscot in the bathroom above features 48" tall Yellow Pine 3-1/4" wide Beadboard with Wainscot Cap (54-261). Stain was a mix of Cherry and American Walnut to achieve the rich, subtle color. 
Office Wainscoting This 3-1/4" wide Yellow Pine Beadboard is in an office with window wall above. The wainscot is 39" tall overall including Wainscot Cap (54-210) above 4" Casing (58-744). Matching 6" Baseboard (57-746) finishes the bottom of the wainscotting. Stain is Golden Oak.  Another Bathroom Here's the same 48" tall Yellow Pine 3-1/4" wide Beadboard with Wainscot Cap (54-261) used in the top photo but this time stain is Golden Oak. Baseboard is 6" (57-746).
