Exposure to Heat
Standard Polyurethane items should not be exposed to temperatures higher than 140 degrees F, such as directly above a fireplace.

Returns
You may return regular Polyurethane items within 45 days for a full merchandise refund less a 20% restocking fee. Custom items and custom length items are not returnable unless defective. Wood-Core Poly Porch or Newel Posts do not require a restocking fee in quantities less than 12.

Finishing
All products in our Polyurethane Products section are primed with an exterior grade latex paint and are ready to install. We recommend final finishing after installation is complete for the most consistent appearance possible. Read more...

Installation
Polyurethane products are handled in the same way as wooden millwork. PL Premium Adhesive must be used for all bedding and butt joints.

Shipping
Small orders for longer items may require additional shipping charges. If so, we will contact you before finalizing your order. Most items can be split in half (no additional charge) for more economical shipping. Use PL Premium Adhesive to rejoin halves.
