Where To and How Much?
We ship within the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. Our Rate Chart below covers most of the orders we ship. Exceptions are noted at specific product pages. We ship by FedEx Ground or Motor Freight. (Small packages may ship via the US Postal Service.) After reviewing your order, if additional shipping charges are required we will, of course, contact you before finalizing your order. Please inquire for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and the Caribbean and for Express shipping.

     Items in inventory: 3-5 days
     Most other items: 2-3 weeks

NOTE 1 - Certain orders may ship sooner or later than this schedule. After we receive your order, we will provide a more specific promise date for shipping.

NOTE 2 - The above schedule does not include transit time. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for shipments within the Continental U.S.

Transit times quoted by the shippers are typically very accurate but delays can occur over which we have no control. Please keep this in mind when scheduling installation.

We Won't Compromise on Quality
We want to ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to the vast number of items, materials, and thicknesses we offer, it is not possible to keep most items in stock.

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are going to miss your promise date, we will let you know as soon as possible. If you have special scheduling needs, please let us know. And thanks for understanding!

Tracking Your Shipment
We will provide a Tracking Number once your order is shipped.

Our Guarantee
We take great pride in our products and service! If you're not totally satisfied, please let us know within 60 days. Once we receive the unaltered item(s) back in good condition we will issue a prompt refund for the product amount. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund shipping and pay for return shipping. (Custom sizes and custom items not returnable unless made incorrectly.)
