 | < Previous PageKickspace Blocks# 52sKickspace Blocks are used to support longer Balustrade sections at an appropriate height above the porch floor. Use one Kickspace Block evenly spaced under every 4 or 5 feet of Bottom Rail. Typically, you will want about a 3" tall kickspace but we also offer 4" tall blocks. All are pre-drilled and counter sunk for easy installation to your bottom rails. Since these blocks will be in constant contact with the porch floor, they are made of weather resistant solid Cypress wood or PVC. Our 2-1/4'' thick Blocks are only for use with bottom rails at least 2-1/2" wide. It's perfect with our LARGE Sloped-top Bottom Rail, which is 3'' wide at the bottom. |
