Used outside, their heft denotes quality and permanence. Inside, decorative wooden Corbels often become components for custom mantels, special bars, and counters. Book ends, wall decorations, deluxe, functional shelf brackets, and furniture parts are all possibilities. Corbels can also be located beneath ceiling beams or in cased openings.
