Architectural Details Direct - 903-356-2158

Decorative circular porch entries were fairly common at the height of the Victorian era. Unfortunately, many of these were removed in later years. But fortunately, the owner of this house realized Vintage Woodworks produces all of the decorative components necessary to recreate this effect.

They used our larger 16-1/2" x 14" tall Tulip Medallions with optional 3/4" border framing on top and bottom to bring them to 15-1/2" tall - a perfect fit for 9" Traditional Spandrels and 6-1/2" Wisteria Spandrels installed between Medallions!

Medallions (after we trimmed slightly and framed one end) were 16" wide - perfect for the 16" width of 22" Sun Ray #1 Brackets when installed vertically under the top Medallions and above the bottom Medallions.

2-1/2" Beaded Rail runs from Post to Post below the Medallions, with Running Trim centered below that. 2" x 2" Square Drops are used between Medallions and Spandrels and between Sun Ray Brackts and Running Trim to provide structural and visual integrity.
