Sloped-Top Bottom Rail
Sloped-Top Bottom Rail provides proper water drainage.


We feel very strongly that exterior Balustrade installations require a Sloped-top Bottom Rail for proper water drainage.

Because of high exposure and vulnerability to rain, an improperly designed Bottom Rail will have a much shorter life than the rest of your porch. If it does not shed water properly, it will also jeopardize the Balusters attached to it.

Our Sloped-Top Bottom Rail provides proper water drainage, simple installation, low cost and authentic traditional styling. It will accommodate both Turned and Sawn Balusters and we can notch the bottoms of these to fit our Sloped-top Bottom Rail.
