With their “straight” bottoms, Headers are very appropriate over windows, doors, or almost anything you wish to decorate. They can also be used upside down as pendants.

OPTIONAL BOTTOM RAIL (shown in photo) We can install moulded Bottom Rail on any of your Headers. This Rail is 3/4" tall and adds 2" to the length of the Header. It’s nicely moulded on the ends and front edge. The back edge is flat and mounted flush with back of the Header, allowing easy installation onto flat surfaces. If you prefer the Bottom Rail's back edge to also be moulded (such as for use as a pendant under a porch beam), please so specify in the Bottom Rail drop down below.



For exterior use, please consider Cypress or AZEK® Cellular PVC and/or at least 1" thick cutwork. For interior painted Headers we recommend Poplar.
